Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Bothhomes app and website, provided by Elizabeth Solutions LLC (“we”). By using Bothhomes you agree to them and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple EULA”). If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed by the Apple EULA.

What Bothhomes is

Bothhomes is a personal journal for organizing co-parenting information. It is not legal advice, it is not a substitute for a lawyer, and we make no promise that records made with Bothhomes will be accepted by any court or authority.

Your content

Everything you add belongs to you and is stored on your device and in your iCloud. You are responsible for what you record and for following the law where you live — including laws on recording conversations and on sharing other people’s information. Do not use Bothhomes to harass, threaten or stalk anyone.

Subscriptions

• Bothhomes Premium is an auto-renewable subscription: $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year (prices may vary by country). The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Entries, search, CSV/JSON export and privacy features remain free without a subscription.

Availability

We work to keep Bothhomes reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Keep iCloud enabled and export your data regularly; we cannot recover data that was deleted from your device and iCloud.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elizabeth Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on records in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
